Risk Assessment and Prevention:
In all our projects, we aim to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases by identifying risks in advance and taking the necessary precautions.

Education and Awareness:
We carry out regular training programs to increase our employees’ knowledge and awareness of OHS and make safety culture a fundamental element of our company.

Continuous Improvement:
We regularly monitor and evaluate our OHS performance and continue our improvement efforts uninterruptedly.

Emergency Management:
We create effective response plans for emergencies and ensure that these plans are kept ready by regularly testing them.

Employee Participation:
We encourage the participation of all our employees in OHS processes and create a safer working environment by evaluating their suggestions and feedback.

Cooperation with Suppliers and Business Partners:
We work in accordance with OHS standards with our business partners and suppliers, and prioritize safety at every point we cooperate.
